It sounds like that's the case! I'm happy I'll be able to keep my data!

You'll be fine but if you have linear adw theme you will still have those icons

I never jumped up to GJ 2.5 from 1.9 - just when I was about to I heard about Liberty and given that I never had a problem of any kind on 1.9, I decided to wait.

So, the obvious question is: Can I install over 1.9 without a data wipe?

Nope, sorry I really tried but needed to stop working on that so we could get this release out the door.. I will be back on the hunt for PowerControls next week

No worries. Im sure you will figure it out. I would rather you release than wait on that. Cvpcs had something going on a little while back on the power controls that he said worked on all his gem roms. Maybe he could help out.

Liberty toolbox is going to make a lot of people happy. ROM installs beautifully and its just as zippy as we all knew GJ to be.

A lot of people have been asking about if they have to wipe data, I'm going to go on a limb and say that you will have to wipe for this first install but hopefully future Liberty updates won't require it.
