[ROM]One small step for man one giant leap for --- Liberty 1.5 2/2/2011

LOVE this ROM. Absolutely fantastic. Thanks to the devs for your hard work: I certainly appreciate it!

For those still waiting on the sidelines, jump in! It's well worth it. I use pretty much every aspect of my phone, and have found no real problems at all. GPS works, the added Exchange support in the standard Email client works awesome (way better than Touchdown ever did), and it runs SO much smoother than the stock Blur (or any other ROM I have tried for that matter...) No random reboots either. These are the things I wonder when I am looking at installing a new ROM, and this one delivers on all fronts.

hi guys, excellent ROM. very few issues with it at all, which is a huge change and a godsend. so thank you.

i have a feature suggestion if possible: when the GPS voice comes on it would be great if it didn't turn my music off, but instead turned it down 50% or something and the voice would just be on top of it. maybe there's already a way to do that but i was unable to find it.

anyway thanks again devs for restoring sanity to my life.

I love the look of the rom but can't move forward because it will not get any 3g service. Is there a known bug from this?

When I had problems with my wireless internet not connecting I just flashed back to stock then re-installed the rom again. It solved all my problems/glitches I had goin on when I first installed it.

hey guys, i just installed the liberty on my phone but after i rebooted it, it said I didn't have the latest version even tho I downloaded the 1.5..... any reason why this would happen?

Had some issues flashing it the first 2 times, but after I got it to finally flash... I LOVE IT... coming from Fission 2.5.7 its way better!! My D2 Thanks you!!!

Only thing I would change, as with the Fission app is that I would like the lock screen to show up before the pattern lock when it is enabled. Is that possible? Thanks.

I'm sure this has probably already been asked a thousand times, but does anyone think there's a chance in hell this could be ported to the droid 2 global without too many bugs?

I believe the GETRDONE team is currently working on it although they are having issues with the sensors. Kejar and Jrummy both have a Droid X, which is very similair to the Droid 2 which is why the port from X to 2 was simple. But the D2G has some differnces.

I haven't seen this issue at all, I pick up 3G just fine. Have you tried a *22899 (or *228 option 1) to reprogram the phone nam? The only issues I've ever encountered are that some themes break the mobile networks settings menu and that it will sometimes reboot on USB connection, though it typically connects without issue after the reboot

Once with this ROM, after a recovery i had no service period. After a reboot I was good.

WOW!!! I just rooted the other day and this is the first ROM for me.
This Liberty is amazing. I've tried a few themes and messed with the fonts a little. This is truly fun. I don't think I'll ever need another rom.

Great job to the creators of this one and huge thanks to all the cool members here for all the great info.
