Sorry I didn't answer earlier but i was on a vacation, the day you replied I left for vacation and I just got back this weekend.
I'm at school right now so i haven't really looked at it I just skimmed thrugh it but I'll look at tonight when i get home to get a more detailed look.

T2 do you recommend using the stock kernel with this? Or is there another viable option that would increase performance?

yup... me either... Just got the TB and decided to screw with the old ERIS... I get booted up and it gives me pop ups that sat sorry.. htc launncher stopped unexpectdly... etc.. etc.. Sense UI stopped... etc... So I gotta find a little mini sd card thingy to get back on the sd card and use the
When #$@! hits the fan zip file. LOL... any other suggestions are helpful
