okay, thanks for breaking it down..... just that your ROMs and TPax are released at a Fast and Furious pace...lol...I personally like some blur, so your SHIFT3R 2.3 has been fantabulous...

You bet... Blur has come along way. I like a lot about it, but... the more I use it, the more I realize I don't use any of the Blur. LOL. :_)

I really love your work and appreciate your efforts. Enjoying the Shift3r rom with the zoom tpax right now. I am a noob at flashing but catch on very quickly. Is this one better than your SHIFT3R rom? and besides downloading a theme pack is there any way to customize this as in font colors, and changing the header on the lock screen etc...

Sorry but not clear on this. If we're on Shift3r 2.3.1 and want to go to Purity, do we have to reflash the Base ROM or can we just install the TPAX on top?

You have to reflash base rom. Then install the tpax. This is a new base with out blur. Idk what the cons and pros of not having blur are though.

Yes.. as the OP says. You have to have the base first no matter what you are on.
