Yes i cleared the dalvik in advanced and the cache in the main. Is there anything else i needed to clear? Im not having a problem in the base and i cleared the same when i flashed back.

Yes it was bootstrapped, do you think that would make a difference on the contacts

Make sure you are not removing anything after. Yahoo, or installing the leaked Google+

I've seen other people have issues by using other methods
and flashing base and tpax at the same time.
