Hey guys, has anyone used their phone with this rom in the cardock mode with a charger plugged in???? I did that today and it didn't charge hardly at all and the phone got really hot.

When I tried to install this ROM I got this error. This is the same thing that bricked my previous D2. Anything that I am doing wrong? I'm mounting the system, wiping the cache, wiping data etc before I install from zip:

Couldn't find download folder on SD card

Thanks KJar. I left out the e on purpose. KJar goes along w/ GummyJar. I upgraded from 1.7? to 2.5 last night using recovery bootstrap. when using astro or my pc the downloads folder with gummyjar2.5zip inside was present. i had downloaded 2.5 using dolphin and that's where the downloads go.

But when i went to bootstrap recovery all the folders below /data were missing. I even put the gummyjar in the root folder to no avail. then finally out of frustration went ahead and copied & pasted gummyjar2.5 to the /data & flashed with no problems. Just love it!

Then i redownloaded titanium backup from marketplace & restored my apps. i had learned by now to sync my contacts to my gmail so i didn't lose my phone contacts like last time.

Again, Thanks a Zillion KJar. Ok, KeJar. Oh, I better search, it may be time for liberty rom by now.

Sounds like a bad download. Redownload and try installing again.

I have a little problem when I put my phone on vibrate or silent(90% of the time) and recive a text on stock or handcent vibrate dosent go off I have changed setting to always vibrate and vibrate only on silent and non work.. anyone else having this problem?? Besides this lil set back this rom is badass

Ok so i installed Fission rom just to change things up and quickly decided I didn't like it so I did a nandroid restore to gummyJAR and now I have no service. Need help please!?!?

You can try activate your phone and updating your roaming capabilities by dialing *228 and following the directions they give you. I'm not sure if it'll help but it's worth a shot.

I have found a bug, sorry if it is listed elsewhere I must have missed it.

From the dialer goto contacts, search enter in anything and click on search for all contacts, you should see what looks like a unlock bar at the top of the screen.

i gave that a try but it forced closed the dialer. ended up just reflashing the rom. everythings good now. before i go and take the time to restore everything im going to try and do my restore again see if it was just cause i was coming from fission

Looks like the blur lockscreen. Interesting. I'd try a fresh install with wipe to see if it gets fixed.
