I just realized that the Blurry ICS for 2.3 still uses the GB icons. At least that's what happened on my phone.

Did you happen to flash it on safestrap? Because the same thing happened to me earlier and after some reading I found out it was because the safe mode on safestrapper the 4g doesn't work. I reflashed clockwork they ROM manager and reinstalled. It took a while but worth it to get it right

Slightly confused and will keep it short. Im on R3 Blurr3d -v 2.0 pbx.. Currently dling base in op.. Follow exact same steps to flash this as I did v2.0, or can I just wipe cache wipe dalvik? I'm was a novice at fishing my Tbolt, but this bionic makes me nervous. I hate this bionic regret selling the thunder! Your roms were sick on my tbolt, and there a must in making this bionic dud a winner!

You have to do a full wipe as you did with 2.0. After that its just cache and dalvik when you install one of the tpax

Do it like the first time. Full wipe format just as spelled out in the first post. Eleswise you'll get issues. After that all the addons just wipe cache and dalvik
