ROM toolbox play well with Razr Maxx?

I used to mess with this app on my old rooted DX. Now I've got a Razr Maxx that's rooted stock. I was wanting to change battery icon to 1%. Has anyone tried this already. I've only had my Razr for over a week and was a little afraid of messing anything up.
