does this disable that FRIGGIN MYBACKUPASSIST that verizon/moto put on this damn phone...i hate it its always running....and how can i stop like the blur weather n stuff from always running anyone figure that out does doing a .bak work or will that mess up the phone

so i booted this rom so far so good....pretty excited to boot my first rom on my bionic...i like everything except for some reason my facebook isnt syncing...anyone have this problem? i mean not even in my contacts do i see my fb contacts and i cant join my fb contacts with normal contacts for pictures n stuff....anyone have this issue?
