[ROM][WIP] Cyanogenmod 11 for G2 VZW

Is there a way to backup the system launcher so clean flashing isn't as big of a chore?

From the words of cm itself...once the initial flash, dirty flashing is not harmful. That said, I generally clean flash every few. The launcher is as simplistic as can be and no way to back the layout up from what i can see.

I'm almost afraid to post this, but I have not had any SOD or wake locks using this ROM. Clean flash using cwm.
The only thing I've seen is the "no sims card" after making a call but hasn't caused any issues. ROM has been rock solid and smooth.

Successfully dirty flashed 11/25 build using TWRP 2.3.3; everything seems good except for two notices that pop up after (intentional) reboot related to Google Play services. This happened for me with the previous build as well. Could be something with my installed apps, though.

looks like mms is still broken. says invalid destination address

Still broke, yep. No change log. I do know the lock screen now keeps the transparent notification bar when set.
