If signing the framework doesnt work, dont unzip the folder. Just extract res to your desktop because some roms dont let you zip framework-res.apk and it will not boot.

I got it from there and I get dialer FCs.

We aren't dealing with images here. You have to decompile it to edit the value in the array.xml file. Then you must recompile and yes, you must sign. Otherwise it will boot loop cause it can't find the .apk.

Are you using the stock android dialer/messaging apps or the modified MiUI ones? I want the MiUI apps....much nicer than the stock android dialer.

Did you all wipe data and clear the cache? Im using clockworkmod and when you go to install the rom, it prompts you with two check boxes, you check both. Unless thats in the op, Im to lazy to look.
