I hope someone can theme that lockscreen so when you press down on the messenger icon, it'll goto Google Voice, not SMS/MMS.
No....it doesnt. The dialer works if you install correctly.

Well I am working on a theme and planning on themeing the launcher its going to look so nice like nothing uve seen before if u want to help I need someone to work with me on ping images for the theme I have a lot of the work done just would like some heap

No. I just tried 2 locations, swype down and select the "bell" and the hold power button and select silent mode. Both worked when I checked the sound in the settings.

hmm it seems to be working normal for me. I used the little control bar from the notification pulldown to turn the phone on silent and it worked.
The only issue I seem to be having so far with the rom is my contacts "accounts" setting. I can use the phone fine, my google contacts are in there but when I click on accounts I am still getting the process.acore force close. I tried clearing all the contact data but no dice. I wonder if it has to do with there not being an account and sync option in the settings.

Installed this and now my notification is black and cannot see the messages..The Puzzle type blocks in the lockscreen is not too appealing IMHO..

i guess thats a minor fix. too bad we dont have the option changing colors like we do with other roms
Hmmm....well I did say it was alpha. The notification text colors are located differently in the Miui ROM than in normal ROM's. I'll investigate.
dude with all these bits and pieces we are adding slowly to this rom, we created frankinstinedancedroid

Yeah it works perfectly, even has a built in pop-up window option.
