Let us know how CM7 is. I have wanted to try it for awhile, but decided to wait til it was stable...

Try it, the latest nightly is great, the only thing broken really is the camera and there is a fix for that. [ROM][BETA] CyanogenMod 7 for the Droid X - Page 299
absolutely LOVE it!! it's taking some time, but it's a whole lot better now than in the beginning...if you're cwr/sbf savvy, i'd say go for it....
I agree, sadly I (along with a small percent of people) am having reboot issues (every couple minutes) with CM7 and have been trying to figure it out for over 2 weeks.

Last night I plugged in my phone and my phone got stuck on a black screen, hardware keys and backlight were lit and if I hit the lock button they would turn off and on but I couldn't do anything with it. Ever since then it does it every few minutes. I went from rebooting every few minutes on CM7 to freezing every few minutes. 
and it just happened again, the call was still going but the display wouldn't turn on, just the backlight.

Is anyone still running Zombiestomped. I'm thinking about going back.. I had it installed in the past.. And as everyone else stated, the battery life simply can't be beat. I did have a bunch of blur/bloat renamed(frozen), but after that, This thing flies like the wind, (to quote ALF driving the Ferrari he bought with the Gold plumbing on his spaceship),
It seems most people aren't having issues installing over 596, So I'm gonna do that. I also have a few of the themes from the custo.zip that it tries to dl if anyone needs them. I'm not sure if copying them back will let them install from the customizer though. The script may try to download them anyway. Also, has anyone tried using any themes meant for regular 595/595 over top of this? It will probably work, but I'm afraid I might lose some customizations he made.
Thats my main question, has anyone used any 596 or 595 themes over top of ZS and still got the same performance and battery life? Id like to use watermarked or Black White and Chrome. I think I have Crimson storm and Stealth at home that I saved from my sd card after uninstalling ZS.
