I rooted my Incredible with the Unrevoked forever, just downloaded the titanium backup and ROM Manager, is there any other suggestions on what i should install before i start flashing roms?

I suggest making a nandroid backup of your current settings.

I would suggest doing nandroid backups and flashing roms from within clockworkmod recovery. The rom manager works but it is not perfect. Using the rom manager is a possible point of failure. Read all you can about flashing roms first.

Also recommend backup of SD card to PC at least monthly, you never know when it may fail.
Highly recommend an app called SwiFTP, then you aren't bothered with the USB cable. Happy Modding!
