how do you run the downgrade i run the hack-vivow tool, it goes through the process half of the steps are denied it sends the ruu to phone, it must fail cause nothing has changed

i've got all the drivers everything to the letter. every script command is denied permission or file does not exist, i've run it as adminitrator the whole nine yards and fail-fail-fail, what the heck

Also, my bootloader is unlocked, if that has anything to do with it?

What i did was unlock bootloader then i ran superoneclick on a wim and it rooted.i used rom manager and flashed clockworkmod recovery. It would not boot into recovery.i did a factory reset on the info i got someone told me to clear system and factory reset. Idid this frm recovery. Now i have su but none of the root apps work, do not have root access?????
