I've tried to flash a couple different roms on my inc2 i boot into recovery wipe data/factory reset,then wipe dalvik cache. Install zip from card,it does it's stuff, completed enjoy. But when it reboots it gets to the first screen, like in twisted and the little android just sits there and spins, thats it. What am i doin wrong?

When I downloaded my first and so far only rom it took a while, about half hour of the Cyanogen screen with a loading arrow going around the droid guy. I was so nervous that my phone was done... I'm not sure of the average time it takes for the phone to download a rom???

Ok i thought so, now if there is another boot.img in the sdk tools does it have to be removed before putting in another boot.img
