Rooted with z4 root, what's next?

When you dl'd it, it will be in /sd/download so we will move it out of that folder onto /sd (<-- this is sd root).
You have a file manager (Astro, Androzip, or Root Explorer), right? If not, they're free in the market.

Where do I download liberty rom and root it to my sd card?

Yeah I have a couple fill managers, so after I download it I move it from the download folder to SD?

Lol, I will, and it's downloading right now but I have a Game boy advanced emulater, and the download for liberty has the GBA icon..does that matter at all?

No, mine has the SNES icon. Haha!!
