Rooting after update

After the last big update my wife's facsimate is having all the problems others have experienced. She now wants it rooted like mine. Evil 3.6. Can I root hers the same way I did mine? Odin recovery then flash the rom or is there a different process with Ed04? Sorry of I am not being clear or asking in the wrong place.

At least you only lost contact... You can just sync them again. Unless she's put them as phone only...

I wiped out all my wife's pictures and videos. That was a hard one to explain...
