Rooting My New Droid X

I really don't know how to do all this stuff I like this kinda stuff too and it just pisses me off that I can't get it! I have Z4Root and DoRoot. And I use Wireless Tether for Root, I have superuser permission..ugh there hasn't to be some setting on my phone...I need someone to almost be like right there n show me
