RSD lite not seeing phone

I'm using win7 32 bit and my phone is stuck at the M logo. I can get it into bootloader mode but rsdlite 4.8 never finds the phone and it gives me a windows driver error. I downloaded the drivers from the motorola website but those don't seem to be correct. I can't go into PC mode because the phone is bootlooped. How can I install the drivers? Does someone have a link to the correct drivers? My device was .340 before the event that bootlooped it.

I had a bootloop issue once.
every reply was the same.
Hold power and home
let go when you see the android
question mark simble.
Do a factory reset wipe data.
reboot.

Its worth a try.

Thanks; I did that. I did a wipe cache as well. Still stuck at the M logo and I am unable to SBF because the proper drivers won't install. Very frustrating as I see another trip to VZW in my future and the first time this happened with a different DX they had no way to do anything but replace it.
