Migrating from 1.6.3 should be easy.

• Backup your data with Titanium
• Either go back to your stock nandroid and do the OTA update (when available again) or
• check your bootloader version and SBF to get the OTA or
• do the leaked OTA 340 update and update with that or
• do the older leaked 3.20 update.zip...

Then install Blurry based on android 2.2.1 (3.20 or 3.340) and restore your data.
