ok, yes 2.3.340 manual using X bootstrap. weird thing happened this time after sbf. Rebooted and rubix cube comes up on startup and boots into 2.2.1 stock.
anything to that before I try again? found that to be weird

So you sbf'd and it still has rubix installed? Or is it just showing the rubix boot logo, and everything else is stock? Try wiping the data/factory reset as well as the cache again, from recovery mode.

Once you get the boot logo thing fixed and your phone is at a complete stock rom, make sure you make a nandroid backup of the stock rom using the CWM Rom Manager. And if your not familiar with doing that, PM me and I will walk you thru it. Its pretty simple. That way, like I said, if you have anymore issues, you can just restore your nandroid backup of the stock rom, instead of having to sbf. Sbf should be a last restort

It's a theme. Looks really smooth. It's in the liberty toolbox and I'm sure other places. I love it.

Anyone else experience some lag with the rotary lock thay comes with rubix. My always lags when I slide it to unlock my phone. It slides smoothly till right before then end, then it stutters for a second and then its clicks and unlocks. Its kind of annoying. So I switched back to the nornal slider and it doesn't lag.
