Wow, this makes me sad. US carriers suck. Even though both the devices have 1gb of ram the Bionic has that stupid webtop mode which uses up ram. Plus the screen on the Galaxy SII is so much better. Bionic will probably locked at release and Galaxy SII is open and Samsung has encouraged developers to put CM7 on it. I know this is not exactly a full comparison but for the power users I think the Galaxy SII will be better.
