Running games on Droid 3

Quick question, there's a game I recently downloaded called Ib. You might have heard of it, maybe not. My problem is that I am leaving the country very soon and wont be back for a while, and would like something to do while I'm gone. Would I be able to move the game files into my phone's internal storage and play Ib on my phone? Is it possible to run a game like this on a Droid 3? If this is possible, could you please let me know how I could do this? Thank you.

If its not an Android game it will not run on an Android device. Just like games designed for Macs can't run on PCs. If there's no version in the Play Store then its gonna collect dust until you get back.
