S24 Ultra has ONE UI version 2.5. Impossible? How to Update to 6.0?

I recently purchased an S24 Ultra on Ebay, thinking it was a clone, and taking the risk, it might be a clone. I found out I cannot add apps through Google app store, and ONE UI won't update from version 2.5. See screenshot. Any way to manually update this phone?

Welcome to the forum. Samsung UI is currently 6.1. Sorry about your purchase but obviously all you have is a paper weight! If you purchased through Ebay you should have recourse.
