I hater hard resets.They always say an app.My speaker was bad on my S3,first thing the tech said,probly an app.I asked for another one(S3) just what,it was the phone.Well it happened again. Took it up to Verizon. They had to do a Hard reset. They think it was an app. Working fine now Let's see what happens.
