2 months ago I had it done I had software update had to be downloaded it wouldn't work then either. I told them about that also. I think my firmware is not up to date or security patch.

No its not updated. We will have to get the files and install them. I just want to make sure we don't mess up it being u locked... I'm not super familiar with that side.

Best Buy wouldn't do it

I doubt anyone could fix it without knowing exactly how the unlock was done and if anything was installed like a custom rom. You may have to start from scratch if you want the updates. doing something wrong at this point could cause your phone to get bricked.

The place unlocked my phone screwed me over they won't even look at it....I showed the screenshot when i turn it back on see what it does. Im a dumb butt to these phones lol

We have options. Just have to find the best one....

I did it, it cleared but when i touch those buttons the Android guy had caution triangle he fell over ???? There something wrong. Those jerks screwed me over. That shouldn't show that. The screen went blue android guy warning sign or some thing
