$300 is just way to much and to only work with a few devices? I don't understand why anyone would choose this over the Sony product. And the whole camera idea on it is just lame in my opinion.
The Samsung watch doesn't even do the one task that a smartwatch needs to do. All it does is alert you to a message. No preview, no indication of who it's from. That's pretty useless. I picked up the Sony SW2 a few weeks ago and it's far less gimmicky, gives me text/email/phone call previews, and looks great with the metal band instead of the plastic/rubber wristband.
In my opinion, Samsung threw the kitchen sink in it but forgot the knobs.
