SBF File, RSD Lite/Drivers And Instructions

I am stuck at "Starting RSD protocol support" and RSD Lite Status as "Failed flashing process. (0x7100);Phone connected." I have Admin privilages and am running latest RSD lite. Can someone help?
You Did Unzip The SBF Download Correct?

After several attempts I redownloaded the file and used a different extractor for the zip file. All straight now, thanks.

okay i messed up. i knew it would happen eventually. my phone is stuck at M logo.
i am trying to download these files from rapidshare and on my phone i used to be able to just do an instant download without signing up or paying. but the box i used to click from my phone is not there when i look via the computer. is there another link for these that i can pick up from somewehere else? or i

yeah i was doing that.
i figured it was some settings in her browsers
that wasnt letting me do it.
after going through the settings and unchecking a few boxes that i thought werent allowing it to download it worked.
SORRY
I had already tried a few different settings and finally got the ones that were stopping it from working so i think I am now good to go.
I guess I'm gonna have to go back to froyo then do the pre root update again. for some reason i couldnt get to the nandroid backup i made. recovery had no option for backup/restore anymore and i know for a fact i created a nandroid, it was my first nandroid ever so i may have messed it up somewehere but this is fine. it shall be a good learning experience for me now.

i wish i knew but i would guess unlimmited right? it seems that all it is is just replacing what has been corrupted or something to that effect.
wish me luck. i had to stop due to an incoming lightining storm and did not wanna be in the middle of the flash and lose power with my luck haha.
