Sbf question

Hey I've been in the rooting game for a little while now but my computer has been down ever since I started rooting. Therefore I have never practiced sbfing. Now that I have a new computer can someone please point me in the right direction for learning how to properly and effectively sbf. I'm on a Droid 2. Thanks guys.
