NO. you inflicted the damage upon your own phone so its YOUR FAULT its scratched deal with it.
some how some way I too got a teeny tiny scratch on my droid by day number 4. I put on my Verizon screen protector and I can't even see the scratch now nor do I have to worry about any future scratches
