Screen went black, now nothing..

I called customer service.and only took 1 supervisor.only thing had to wait 48 hours for the dude approval.no escalated call I'm thinking the guy knew how fail the phone is..lol

Good to know, but on the heals of that, maybe I won't need a new phone.
