Screen zooms randomly

Why does my XL screen all of a sudden super zoom with an orange box around it? Screen shot was too large to upload per error message.

Screenshot would help us understand what you mean. My XL doesn't zoom in randomly on me. Are you using Tapatalk or the website?

I am using the website. The screen shot comes back with an error that the server can't process the file because it is too large.

I wasn't sure if this was a known problem. It has happened since I got my phone months ago.

go into your settings under accessibility and see if magnification might be enable.

We have a bingo !! I didn't realize that tapping the screen 3 times with leaving your finger on the screen the third tap turned on the magnifier. Great catch and thanks. Why didn't I ask this question 6 months ago.
