He's most likely using SwitchPro Widget. Paid app in the market. You can have a transparent background with it.

On does analog clocks how are the permissions suppose to be set homes...

Well the sms unread count is embedded in the wallpaper. So, all I did really was place widgets and transparent png on sms unread

Check the first column of boxes and the first box of the second. Look at the permissions of an app already in there.

I have no idea haha. I just found the wallpaper. Took me at least 100 pages to finally find it. I wish I knew how to edit wallpapers like that): I need to learn. Maybe I'll ask Kimbo or something

to edit a wallpaper like that its not hard at all, basic photoshop skills and voila!! even to embed icons should be pretty darn easy, specially when you have the right PS file to edit the wallpaper (who wants a copy huhh huhh??) and keep everything well proportioned and balanced.

Nice! But I don't even have basic PS skills. I can change the colors of framework of apps. That's it. And my trial ran out.
