I really wanna like WidgetLocker...but it NEVER works for me! The only thing I have on the screen is the lock slider and it's sooooooo slow to unlock...

Yeah honestly if i could get my $ back i would. I cant get any of the mods to work and ive tried 3 diff ways. Its ok to mod the home screen but not for the $.

I was in the same boat till about a month ago I finally figured out the key is to move it to system/app after you do the mod...

This is what I do and it works every time:
make sure you have the .pngs you want to use on the root of the SD card (easiest IMO)
don't rename the .pngs
Download Ninjamorph
download widgetlocker
follow directions on main XDA thread for Ninjamorph
after done with Ninjamorph stuff go to root explorer and into data/app and find the teslacoil apk and long click and select move.
back out to main menue in root explorer then go to system/app and hit paste
(should say paste/cancel as 2 buttons on the bottom of the screen)
after you paste exit Root explorer and reboot
widget locker should start automatically after reboot and then select iphone as the slider (most mods are for iphone selection) and should be good to go!

ZipSigner from the market works fine after ninjamorphing. Just use ZipSigner than uninstall widgetlocker, than reinstall using the signed.apk.
