EDIT: To be honest I mostly listen to songs for the drum beats as I'm one myself.

Question about MIUI ROM. I like the icons that I see everyone using. When you download an app, do you have to add a custom icon for it through the ROM, or does it just somehow assign it a pretty icon?

Well Lauren, generally there's a custom icon in the theme. If not I'm not sure how you'd go about changing the icon.....a MIUI dev might know.
