I got the dock background similar to yours except it's blue! After much googling I ran across the background called "light cards" for the dock. Didn't realize it was that easy! I will post the link incase anyone else wants it!

i just recently (about 3-4 days) got into customizing my phone. Im learning alot.
heres my current setup
ADW launcher dock - i think i got it from dj carpenter
Wallpapers were taken from mkcm97 dropbox, hope you dont mind
minimalistic text
unlocker is called whitebar, swiped from someone over at xda, forgot the name

Now that I got the issues with the new Miui lockscreen figured out here is my first mod. I will release it on my blog when I clean it up a little.
Where did you find the MIUI Lockscreen? I've been looking for that for awhile this morning. I tore apart a few MIUI themes that I thought might contain that Lockscreen but found nothing. So my question is, what the heck is that in the center of your screen? Looks like a Charge/Battery status, combined with a Unlock lockscreen to home and something that reminds me of Circle Launcher.
I looked on your blog and see no mentions of where it came from. What is the issues with it? I'd like to have that please so I can run through it and fiddle around with the codings and theme it up a bit.
The center circle is to drag to the corresponding shortcut and when you plug it in it has a circle battery gauge on it. You can now get this through my blog. I just posted it this morning.

Latest... just switched over to cm7.1.0 using cloudy theme and Raadius's new LP theme. So far cm7 is killing MIUI at least on my phone!!
