Yes they are real. Not photoshopped. 2 of my ex-girlfriends have a very similar body as that girl in the wallpaper. Finding those girls, with that body type, is like finding a diamond in the rough, lol.

To me it looks like MIUI so it would probably be the native MIUI launcher.

To the best of my knowledge it is only available if you are running MIUI but to be honest I have not really looked around for it.
