That's actually a live wallpaper. The calendar is part of the wallpaper. The app is ownskin, which for some reason has been taken off the market place. You can find the app with a little digging. Its free to begin with, so I guess I'm within forum rules to offer it through pm.
That widget under last.fm is a task killer/manager app that comes exclusively with Go Launcher, which is what I'm using. Fantastic launcher, best in my opinion. I am using a clear skin on it to match the look of my theme.

Edit: did you mean the date on my lock screen? That's a lockscreen app, with modded font on my phone. The font is pursia. You must be rooted to change fonts. Ill get back to you on that lockscreen app, because I don't use it anymore, been to lazy to redownload it and setup.

I have a lot of editing on the Homes Screen to do still, been lazy cause I keep flashing new roms so it all goes away.. but here it is for now. Cut off the "capacitive" buttons for now until I get a Nexus phone template I can place my wallpapers on.

New setup. The "Music" title is actually a folder that has my various music apps. Otherwise, went really minimal.

P.S. iPhone? Say it isn't so. They're still lacking so much in customization you'll be bored in no time or frustrated with all the extra work just to get what you want =P
