Lockscreen:
Widgetlocker, default Jellybean theme - I believe you have to be running the beta version of WL.
UCCW, clock/date/battery widget

Homescreens:
UCCW clock/date/battery widget
UCCW analog clock widget, hotspot to alarm app
UCCW app icons, Windows phone tile style. If you want to show notifications for other apps, I've found MissedIt! works well. Previously, I had had the "share" tile mapped to Twitter and used MissedIt! to show the count.
ZooperWidget on last screen for system up time and battery left.
Minimal MIUI icons theme for app drawer

I use an app called the "picspeed wallpapers" i have also used a live wallpaper app called "multi-pic wallpaper" that does a great job of resizing any pic to fit on your screen

You can use Wallpaper Wizardrii from the Play Store to fit any wallpaper you like also. The best thing is to find out the resolution of your screen and crop the papers to fit yourself beforehand though.
