The Google bar is stock....it looks a little different because of the shelf I made for it in GIMP editor. The wallpaper I made also in GIMP, which is a free version of Photoshop.
I modified things a bit.....and it looks like this now.

Yeah, the bar shows battery strength. I'd like to have some weather on the screen, but I haven't been able to incorporate it without taking away from the simplicity of the screen. Besides, a simple scroll down gives me a full WeatherBug Elite screen to check the weather with.

Do you have to be rooted to do this?, how do i get a wallpaper, just on home screen and not stretched onto the screens on each side, razr
You need to use a launcher that has wallpaper scroll..and then turn it off...this will give you the single screen look without stretching it out... I use go launcher which has it...anyone who knows what other launchers have it feel free to chime in

Nope. I'm not rooted anymore. I typically use 960x854 as a wallpaper base, and then go from there. I have a Razr Maxx. I make them on my pc, then transfer them to the DCIM folder on the phone. Fits perfectly on the phone.
