What is that keyboard that you're using for portrait view on the far right?? It's not ThickButtons, is it? Or is it Better Keyboard?

The first looks like "pure grid calendar" which has several different layouts / widget options. The second is "executive assistant" and it gives you several tabs on the widget one of which can be your calendar.

1. Not sure...just search in the market for audio manager and check out the screenshots.
2. It's a Pandora widget.

Pretty sure you have to upload your pic to photobucket and then click the picutre button to attach as an image.
