Severe battery issue.

Thanks for the update. It is pushed to the phone automatically or do we have to go through the "software update" in the About Phone part of Settings?

I've had this problem a lot. I went to sleep with it at 80%, woke up about 3-4 hours later, and and it was dead. Turned it on, and it wouldn't boot, finally it did, and it was just an ipod like battery telling me the percentage (It was 5% by the way). So finally I wait, and it boots, and it says that I'm at 70%. It's irritating, but the update will be here tomorrow, and all this should be fine.

OTA update???

My phone is having the same problems with the battery and I am curious to know if people who got the OTA update experienced the problem anymore or if just getting a new phone is the solution? If the OTA does work how do I update the phone or verify that it was done? Thanks!
