Simple app to add home screens (without the rest of the glittery crap)

home++ layout (sans notification bar) along with beautiful and pure calendar widgets. (mostly I just wanted to test the new screencap ability :) )

Pure Calendar = Incredible. One stop shop for me.

home++ pandahome failed for me badly too many crashes. home++ only a few crashes so far so good. pure calendar looks hawt i might get it if its free but its not :(

Yeah, just use the App Organizer.... I use the App Organizer on my stock Home Screens.

Nice tip, I am using them on my standard home screens (still testing Panda and Home++). I just wish you could add links to other things, like bookmarks and such.

I seem to be experiencing the same. Panda Home is not stable at all. I get a crash about every minute. Not good. Home++ seems much more stable and efficient enough.

Panda Home is certainly a very nice program in terms of features, but if it cannot be used, features mean nothing. :(

I tested all of them, but went back to my stock Homescreen... I just use BetterCut and Apps Organizer with Genie Widget.

Will take a look at those. I ended up doing a fresh install of Panda and seem to be getting a much more stable experience. We'll have to see if it stays that way.

Thank you all for your feedback!

Yea I've gotten waaaay too many force closes and crashes with both panda and home++ so I've gone back to stock as well. But I miss very much the dock with common apps and the extra screens.

I have been trying pandahome and I like the features and all, but I definitely hate the FCs. It makes showing off your phone a little harder. Haha.
Anybody recently update their pandahome and get fonts to be blown up in folders?

Just want to avoid draining the battery any more. I tried PandaHome which looked cheesy and pixelated, yet had some great features (side docks and multiple home screens).

If anybody can provide any suggestions to a lightweight app that provides multi-desktop or home screen feature I would really appreciate it.

Thank you

Looks like your wish has been granted. Check out Launcher+ by the maker of home++

Launcher+ beta published (Home++ by Intuitit)

(I haven't tested it but it looks to be a simple way to add screens to the home app.)

I've been running PandaHome since Nov 20th and have not had 1 FC...are you choosing the default theme once you install panda? On homescreen go into menu/themes/default theme should be checked.

You should not have one issue with it.

Panda runs VERY fast and smooth.

I dont know how some people have excellent experiences with pandahome. I really wanted to love it but it went into overdrive, force closing and crashing every time I wanted to add a shortcut/widget/etc. Sometimes it would even crash when I opened the app drawer. The only thing I could think that could possibly be affecting it was that I had quite a bit of widgets and had like 7 screens. But I felt that I shouldn't have to deal with toned down settings to stop the crashing and I finally had to switch.

Anyways, let me know how you run your panda gig and maybe I can get a few pointers out of it.
