Slide to Vibrate???

On the unlock screen, you can swipe from left to right to unlock the phone, and right to left to put it on silent mode. My problem is, I don't like it when my phone is on total silent, I would like to put it on vibrate without unlocking the phone first. Anyone know if there is a way/app that changes the "swipe to silent" to "swipe to vibrate" on the unlock screen?
