small black dot on screen

i think it started as a single stuck pixel. i could just barely notice it and it was kind of blueish. on the left side of the screen a little above the center. i tried the stuck pixel fixer app and no change. after a few days it turned black. a few days later it is solid black and has gotten bigger, about the size of the tip of a ball point pen. and now a couple days after that there is a thin white line coming from the dot and going horizontally across the screen. has anyone experienced this? is there a fix

It kind of sounds like the screen (or digitizer) is dying. Might be time for a replacement screen, or replacement phone?

thanks, yeah i noticed yesterday that it changes when i press on that part of the screen
