Small icons, notif. bar and unlock screen

Hey, first post here =D
When I hit the power button on my Droid2 and come to the unlock screen, the unlock slider and the mute slider are smaller and skinnier then usual, also if i have an unlock pin the buttons are a lot smaller. The icons are like this as well on my home screen. When i pull down the notification bar, all the notifications are in the middle and appear small as well.
This started happening out of no where and i've tried formatting the SD card and factory resetting but neither of those did the trick. Anyone else have this problem or have a fix to it?

Never heard of this problem...if a factory reset didn't do it you might need to take it in.
