small problem help please??

K guys something weird happened today. what does it mean if i get a text message from someone and it says duplicate at the top of it, but its the first time i ever recieved the message?

so it doesnt mean that, the person sent the txt message to someone else before me and then copied it n sent it to me?? is that even possible? im just asking because i wanna make sure my gf didnt send a txt to another guy lol. so i should be ok right? she didnt send it to anyone else?
