So many great things about this phone... But.... So many bad...

I think the X's camera is better, but this one has a great flash. I took a test pic last night in complete darkness but it looks like I took in during the day. My only real problem with the camera is having to manually focus which takes more time. I like to take pics of wild animals and they don't sit still long enough for me to start the camera, manually focus, then snap the pic.

As someone above posted, I'm now using camerazoom fx. I prefer vignette but it isn't ready for ICS and the developers are MIA.

I got this one guys and girls... lol :) Try Camera360 for auto focus and shoot :D As for taking pictures of moving objects you are better off using the cam and then extracting snap shots from the video.

An actual constructive tip, thank you.

Unfortunately camera 360 isn't ready for the nexus. But it doesn't matter because I'm using camerazoom FX. I never looked at the cam on the nexus, it has zoom. I've never had a phone where the cam could zoom.

On a bad note I do have the battery OS bug.... guess I better get used to carrying 5 batteries and 4 chargers with me everywhere I go....

I rooted, installed Gummy Jar and got better battery life. I then got the extended battery and charged it last night. It's been off the charger all day now, since 4:30 am. It's now 5:51 pm. 13 plus hours and I have 38% battery left. I have been messing with settings and making calls all day today to make sure the battery wears down before bedtime.

Before I rooted and putty Gummy Jar on the phone I could not believe how fast the battery depleated. The extended battery only adds like 10% more power so that was not a huge difference, but for 25 bucks I'll take that little bit of juice.

This phone is definately outperforming my old tbolt. And I had the extended battery on that phone too.

It seems like in many threads for the GN, their are people with snide remarks or answers. Very disappointing.
