Sourcery 2.2 - Full Version

Thought the other started with Raid and two other words. Skurcery is not updating. I got a update for 2.1 but retrod when I tried to download if. Now I Liquid go gingerbread 2.4 rom. Last time is had Sourcey, I lost root and had to flash stock unrooted rom 2.2. I need help learning how to use terminal emulator.

wel shoot man if your wiping data and cache. i just dont know you can try wiping davlik in recovery. never had a problem and noone else has reported this even when we had 1000's of downloads . ive been running the 2.2 kang since it was created my phone up time is 32 days. im taking it that this is not happening on other roms.
1 last thing to try is go into settings and install a slayher kernel, maybe your phone doesnt like the stock kernel. this is possible believe it or not. my phone didnt like any of the stock kernels cm used.

Yeah I'm wiping data and cache. I don't get it. I've never had this much trouble with a rom. Ill try a different kernel. I'm tired of the little problems I'm having with liquid.

Yea, some kernels throw me into a bootloop. I guess your phone didn't agree with it from the start, leaving you to think a problem with the rom.

Now that you have it running I think you'll be happy. I've had my d1 running sourcery since january or so with no problems.

The wierd thing is is that ive never had my phone reject a kernel like that. You know ive had it get hot or short batt life but never problems like that.

yeah its wierd thats what cm always did to my phone i had forgotten about that but it popped into my head as i was typing that i had no idea :)
 
Well, its not working again. I went to install a theme and all hell broke loose. So I'm back on liquid for the time being.

haha sorry, i was on my phone. A total pita for me to type on.
Anyways, phone was running good. Then i went to install a different theme from the themes menu. All went well untill i installed the update.zip and rebooted the phone.. I noticed right away that the phone was much slower. And then after a few minutes it went back to the locking up and then black screen..
Sooo with that being that i went back to the backup i had made. Nope. Again it was fine then started going slow and eventually locking up. Even after wiping the phone and reinstalling the rom and kernel it would randomly reboot or lockup.

weird man. not seen nor heard of this. and other roms work fine?? no idea. hopefully its just something between your phone and the rom and not your phone. try Project Elite. they do great work. fi you can find the froyo version. its has some of the same stuff. and runs well.

Im going to try this rom again. This time with a kernel that i KNOW runs good on this particular phone. And im re-downloading the rom just to eliminate all possibility's.
